We will process and ship your order within 10-15 working days of receiving your order. The order processing time depends on several factors:

Orders contain prints and / or patches, please renew for 3-5 days. Although most of the lettering is in stock, we occasionally require special orders to complete your personalized order, which may take longer.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items you want by email or phone. All items must be returned in the condition that all external packaging and labels are intact and in the exact condition as received. Please include a copy of the commercial invoice and any returns. Please state the reason for the return on the invoice and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Returns will be checked upon receipt. If a returned item is not faulty, correct, and the correct size, we will not accept any charges incurred in returning the item. If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs on the exchange item, which are determined by the value on our shipping rate card. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. If a refund is made, it will be calculated at the purchase price of the returned item. It does not include the original shipping cost for the order.
If an exchange item is to be shipped, the customer is not responsible for the shipping fee on the exchange item. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. It will only include the original shipping fee for the order if the incorrect, incorrect, or incorrect size item was the only item in the original order, or if other items that were not returned from the order were less than 10% of the order value.
